We had a great experience with Cactus State Roofing for our roof replacement. Connor came highly recommended, and he absolutely lived up to the praise. From the start, he was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process easy to understand. His customer service was excellent—he kept us informed, got us scheduled quickly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We had our roof done last month and were very impressed with how Connor ran his business and crew.  The crew was very professional, clean, and very respectful.  They left each night making sure the job site was clean and tidy.  Connor provided a quote and even though some extras popped up, he remained true to his word. I’ve had a couple of roof repairs done recently.  Both times I was told that the roof needed to be replaced.  I contacted 3 vendors for quotes and almost immediately Conner from Cactus State Roofing reached out to schedule an inspection.  The inspection was promptly completed and a report on the condition of the roof was provided with 3 options for replacement.  I discussed the options with Conner and upon his advice, I chose the most cost effective option.  There was no pressure or upselling just a very matter of fact detail of each option and what would be in my best interest.  The project was scheduled around the convenience of my tenant and the work was completed in a week.
